Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Creative Now Enterprise ("Cre8tive Now," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the "My Hours Integration" Google Workspace™ Add-on ("Add-on") provided by Creative Now Enterprise through the website myhours.cre8tivenow.com. By accessing or using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Add-on.

1. Description of the Add-on: The "My Hours Integration" Add-on is designed to integrate the My Hours third-party application ("My Hours") into your Google Workspace environment. My Hours is a project time-tracking software aimed at automating time tracking for employees and contractors, tracking projects, collecting timesheets, and providing real-time insights to help teams stay on budget.

2. Use of the Add-on: You may use the Add-on solely to integrate My Hours functionality into your Google Workspace™ application. The Add-on is subject to a fee of USD 2 per month per user. A 60-day trial period is available, during which you may use the add-on free of charge. After the trial period expires, you will need to upgrade your subscription to continue using the Add-on. Upgrading your subscription allows you to use the Add-on for any number of months or years, depending on your chosen plan. If you choose not to upgrade your subscription, you will not be able to use the Add-on once your trial period expires. You must have a valid My Hours account and comply with My Hours' terms of service to use the Add-on effectively.

3. Data Privacy: By using the Add-on, you acknowledge and agree that Creative Now Enterprise may collect and use certain information about your usage of the Add-on as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This information may include but is not limited to usage statistics, device information, and cookies.

4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Add-on and any related materials provided by Creative Now Enterprise remain the property of Creative Now Enterprise or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for its intended purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty: THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND CREATIVE NOW ENTERPRISE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATIVE NOW ENTERPRISE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE ADD-ON, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

7. Changes to Terms: Creative Now Enterprise reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Add-on after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination: Creative Now Enterprise may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Add-on at any time without prior notice for any reason or no reason.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Penang, Malaysia.

By using the "My Hours Integration" Add-on, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Add-on.
