Installing My Hours Integration Google Workspace™ Add-On

Unfortunately, the add-on won't be compatible with Google Workspace's application in mobile / tablet application. But if you access Google Workspace through Web Browser (such as Safari / Chrome / Firefox / Edge), then you will be able to use the add-on.

2. Why aren't we implementing a subscription service to automatically charge your card for renewal? It is frustrating to have to manually pay the renewal each time the account expires.

We aimed to promote cost savings to our users through flexible upgrades, allowing you to extend your account's validity when needed with the addition of add-ons. For instance, if your account expires in January and you anticipate not requiring the add-on until an upcoming three-month project starting in March, you can simply upgrade your account at the beginning of March with a three-month extension, which will remain valid until May.

Multi-month or multi-year upgrades are also available for those who anticipate requiring the add-on for an extended period.

3. I have error while running the add-on

You can try to refresh the add-on to see if it works. Re-installing the add-on might work best.
